Xcards® is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality greeting cards we can offer. Our every effort is to meet your expectations of a greeting card that will provide the words you would like to convey to another and be visually appealing as well. We apologize if for some reason we have failed to meet your expectations and will try our best to compensate you with a refund or exchange within our policy guidelines.

Returns and exchanges must be returned within 14 business days of initial shipping by Xcards LLC or no refund or exchange will be granted.
Shipping is customer’s responsibility.
Items requesting a refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All items must be in totally pristine, resalable condition (including envelopes). Recommend using similar packaging for shipment to avoid shipping damage.
Refunds (minus the initial shipping and restocking fee) will be credited to your credit card thru PayPal.
Customer must submit thru email a refund or exchange request with reason at [email protected] or contact us at 973-705-2555.
For exchanges: Customer must submit thru email or phone contact the desired product (with item#) customer wants to exchange for. If request is not made, a refund will be executed.
